Returns

At Eternal Sweats LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

• Free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear

• In its original packaging with tags attached

To start a return, please email returns@eternalsweats.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply return the original item, and we’ll send the replacement once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at customerservice@eternalsweats.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items marked as Final Sale

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalized items
